The fridge is located under the induction hob and includes a small freezer compartment.
In the shed, you’ll find logs and turf for the stoves. Do not overheat the hot tub, as it takes hours to cool down and you won’t be able to use it! Once the is comfortably water refrain from adding more logs or turf; it will maintain its temperature for 6–8 hours if the cover is kept on.
Keep the jet off until you are getting in and switch them off after at the plug

In the shed, you’ll also find swing chairs that can be connected to the chains at the front of the beach house. Please ensure they are not left outside or exposed to moisture.

We have a strict policy allowing only booked guests to stay on the property—no extra visitors, children, or unregistered guests are permitted.

The hot tub is heated using a log burner, located at the back of the tub. Open the burner door to light the fire (allow two hours for the water to heat, and keep the cover on to speed up the process). Close the vent on the fire if the tub becomes too warm or once the fire is burning steadily. The lights and jets for the hot tub can be turned on using the switch inside the beach house, located to the right of the kitchen. Be cautious—the chimney of the hot tub gets hot, so avoid touching it. As lights attract bugs, we recommend keeping the doors closed during the evening when the lights are on for a bug-free sleep.

There is local taxi numbers in the drawer in the kitchen on business cards

Feel free to explore the property, visit the stables, and interact with the horses, swans, chickens, and sheep 🐑. Both sides of the property, including the area from the beach to the road, belong to us.

Check-out is before 11:00 AM. Please respect this time, as the cleaners will be waiting outside. When leaving, kindly leave the key either in the door or inside the beach house.
